This section provides information about:

• the disclosures made by political parties, groups and candidates who contest local government elections (since 2006), and
• registers of candidates, official agents and party agents for local government elections

Declarations lodged by candidates and groups are available for public inspection at local council offices or at our office in Sydney. Contact us to make an appointment to inspect declarations in our office.

Declarations are kept by us for six years after an election.
